Neuropsychological Testing | Children, Adolescents & Adults

Get clear answers. Build a confident plan.

Whether you’re a parent trying to understand your child’s struggles with learning, attention, or behavior — or an adult noticing changes in focus, memory, or mood — neuropsychological testing helps uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Our evaluations go beyond labels. We identify the why behind symptoms and build a roadmap toward measurable progress at school, work, and home.

    Who Benefits

We provide testing for children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as:

  • Attention & focus issues (ADHD/ADD)

Pinpoint whether distractibility stems from true attention deficits, anxiety, or learning challenges.
  • Learning differences & dyslexia

Clarify processing, comprehension, and memory patterns that affect academic success.
  • Cognitive changes after trauma or injury (TBI, concussion, emotional trauma)

Understand how the brain is recovering and what supports are needed.
  • Memory or thinking difficulties

Distinguish between normal forgetfulness and deeper neurological or emotional causes.
  • Behavioral or emotional changes

explore how mood, stress, or trauma may be influencing cognition and daily function.
  • Developmental or neurological conditions

assess the cognitive profile of individuals with autism spectrum, seizure disorders, or other neurologic conditions.

Our Process

We make testing clear, supportive, and collaborative from start to finish:

  • Interview Session

An initial meeting with you (and your child, if applicable) to review history, concerns, and daily observations. This ensures we select the right testing approach and understand the full picture.

  • Testing Appointment

A dedicated session — typically lasting several hours — where standardized assessments are completed in a calm, structured environment with breaks as needed.

  • Feedback & Results Session

Once testing is complete, our clinician meets with you to review findings in plain language. We’ll discuss strengths, areas for support, and relevant diagnoses (if any).

  • Action Plan

You’ll receive a comprehensive written report and actionable next steps — from therapy or academic supports to workplace accommodations or medical referrals — all tailored to your goals.

What the Evaluation Includes

Each assessment is customized to the individual — designed to reveal both strengths and areas needing support.

Our comprehensive testing battery may include:

  • Attention & Concentration: Tasks that measure how well focus is sustained and shifted across settings.
  • Memory & Recall: Evaluation of immediate, short-term, and long-term memory to identify where breakdowns occur.
  • Language & Communication: Tests for understanding, expression, reading, and verbal fluency that influence learning and interaction.
  • Executive Functioning: Measures of planning, organization, impulse control, and problem-solving to guide real-world strategies.
  • Processing Speed & Visual-Spatial Skills: Insight into how efficiently the brain handles and organizes information.
  • Emotional & Behavioral Functioning: Questionnaires exploring how mood, anxiety, and motivation affect performance and engagement.

Each area provides valuable insight into how the brain is functioning day-to-day — helping to separate emotional, developmental, and neurological factors.
