Meet the leaders shaping mental health integration

Dr. Jeremy Hertza received his Doctor of Psychology degree with a specialization in Neuropsychology from the American School of Professional Psychology in Washington DC. Board certified by the American Board of Neuropsychology and a fellow of both the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the American College of Professional Neuropsychology, Dr. Hertza has also served on the Board of Directors as Member at Large for the latter.

For over 13 years, Dr. Hertza has contributed to the Psychiatry and Neurology Departments at the Medical College of Georgia, where he is currently an Associate Professor, while also serving as CMO of Integrated Psych Solutions.

Widely published and active in national organizations, Dr. Hertza specializes in neuropsychology of children and adults, with a particular interest in trauma and traumatic brain injury (TBI) across the lifespan. Notably, Dr. Hertza was selected nationally to work with the children affected by the Flint Water Crisis, assessing the impact of lead on brain function and supporting trauma and PTSD recovery.

Clayton Swalstad joined Integrated Psych Solutions in 2021, bringing 28 years of senior management experience in hospital and physician network operations. Before joining IPS, Clayton held senior roles with Parkview Physicians Group, Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, EmCare, Inc., and managed physician networks at companies such as Open MRI of Orlando, Medical Management Options, Inc., and PainCARE Management Services, Inc.

A Certified Medical Practice Executive and Fellow of the Society of Hospitalist Medicine, Clayton is also a member of the Medical Group Managers Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Master’s in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University.

Clayton served with distinction in the US Air Force, working on six continents and earning numerous decorations—including three Meritorious Service Medals, five Humanitarian Service Medals, and a National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Star cluster.
